A Moment in Time was started by Susan Keough to provide brides with top notch wedding planning and coordinating services in College Station, Texas.  Over the years, our team has grown to include Coordinators with varying backgrounds in event planning, décor, sound boards and floral design.  With such a diverse team, we are able to fulfill the needs of any bride and style of wedding.

Susan Keough has been in the event planning business since 1997, including three years of event planning in Europe.  Her resume of events include weddings, military black-tie formals, university homecomings and 4th of July celebrations.  Susan's passion for weddings has expanded into Floral Design with the recent addtion of floral design services under A Moment In Time.

Brandy Petereit has been successfully planning, and seamlessly executing, events and gatherings over the past several years. She thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments and prides herself on her excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Claire Garcia

Associate Wedding Coordinator

Claire Garcia is the newest member to join the A Moment in Time team as an Associate Coordinator. Currently pursuing a BA in English from Texas A&M University, with a minor in Communication, Claire will also be receiving a Professional Writing Certificate. Her creativity and unique approach enable her to coordinate your wedding with the elegance and flair you expect. Claire has experience planning elaborate proposals, concerts and parties.
